Protein:
Our hair is made up of protein known as keratin. When protein intake is less, formation of keratin will be low and thus your hair grows slower and weak. Each meal should contain a protein source.

Vitamin A:

Zinc

Iron:
Iron deficiency is a major cause of hair loss, especially in women. The best sources of iron include liver, eggs, dry dates, jaggery, rice flakes.
